Location Information

Where you use the Explore by Evolve mobile app, location data may be collected to enable ride tracking, rankings, and performance statistics. Location tracking operates only when the app is active or running in the background (if permitted). You may disable location access at any time in your device settings. Location data is encrypted, securely stored, and linked to your account. No personal identifiers (such as email addresses) are visible to other users.

Log Data

When using our website or app, we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and app usage statistics. This information is used to improve our website, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Deletion Instructions (Explore by Evolve App)

If you use the Explore by Evolve app and wish to delete your data:

  1. From your Facebook account (if used for login):
    • Go to your Facebook Account Settings → “Apps and Websites”.
    • Locate and select “Evolve App”.
    • Choose “Remove” and confirm deletion of app data.
  2. From within the Explore by Evolve app:
    • Open your profile tab.
    • Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete Your Account”.
    • Follow the prompts to confirm permanent deletion of your account and ride data.
  3. Through Evolve Skateboards UK Customer Service:
    • Email support@rideevolve.co.uk using the address linked to your app account.
    • If logged in via Facebook, please include your Facebook user ID (available under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → Evolve).
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

Note: Once deleted, your account and all related data (including rides, rankings, and performance records) cannot be recovered.


4. Disclosure of Information

We may share your information only when necessary to deliver services, including with:

  • Our authorised distributors, service agents and repair partners;
  • Third-party logistics and payment providers (e.g. Shopify, Stripe, DPD, UPS);
  • Professional advisers, IT support, or regulatory authorities where required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.


5. Data Accuracy and Retention

We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is accurate and up to date. You can update your personal details by logging into your online account or by contacting us directly. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
