At Evolve Skateboards UK, operated by Mobocom Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased directly from us, in accordance with UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.


1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • To qualify, items must be unused, in as-new condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts included.
  • Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted, unless required under your statutory rights for faulty goods.

2. Items Excluded from Return

  • Gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Consumables or personal-use items (e.g. cleaning products, lubricants, protective gear) once opened.
  • Custom or special-order items that have been personalised or modified at your request.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by email at support@rideevolve.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely using its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.
  3. Clearly mark the parcel with your name, order number, and RAN.
  4. Send the package to:

Important: You are responsible for paying return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty under warranty. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
  • Shipping fees and any reasonable administrative costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it (as defined under UK Consumer Law).

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product. To arrange an exchange, please contact support@rideevolve.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
  • We will inspect the item and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, repair, replace or refund the product in line with your statutory rights.
  • Damage caused by misuse, water ingress, accidents or unauthorised modifications is not covered under warranty.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident you will love your Evolve product. If you change your mind within 14 days and the item is unused and in as-new condition, we will refund the purchase price less any shipping or administrative costs once it is received and inspected. This guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from www.rideevolve.co.uk.

8. Purchases from Retailers

If you purchased your product from an authorised retailer rather than directly from Evolve Skateboards UK, please contact the retailer for details of their own returns process. We cannot issue refunds for products not purchased directly from us.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your legal rights under UK law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund if the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
