At Evolve Skateboards UK, operated by Mobocom Ltd, we aim to deliver all orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order dispatch, delivery times, costs, tracking, and regional coverage across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
1. Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday) after payment has cleared, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Pre-orders, backorders, or custom items will display estimated dispatch dates on the product page or in your order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
- We ship using trusted UK and Irish couriers such as DPD, UPS, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail.
- Boards and batteries are delivered via road courier only (due to lithium-ion battery restrictions).
- Accessories, apparel, and smaller items are sent via standard or express post depending on weight and value.
Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch)
- UK Mainland: 1–3 working days
- Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days
- Republic of Ireland: 3–5 working days
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3–5 working days
- Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey): 3–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or orders above a specified value (as advertised).
- For deliveries to Ireland or the Channel Islands, import or customs handling fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
- You can track your delivery via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Requirements
- All deliveries require a valid delivery address and contact number.
- Someone must be present to receive and sign for deliveries containing high-value or lithium battery items.
- If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card or attempt re-delivery as per their policy.
6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
- Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- If your package arrives damaged, or if items are missing, you must notify both the delivery driver at the time of delivery and Evolve UK within 48 hours of receipt by emailing support@rideevolve.co.uk.
- We may request photographs of packaging and items to assist with claims.
- Failure to report transit damage within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for replacement or compensation.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
- Evolve UK is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If an order is returned to us because of a failed delivery or incorrect address, a re-delivery charge may apply.
8. Click & Collect (By Arrangement Only)
Collection from our Northampton facility may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us at support@rideevolve.co.uk to schedule a collection appointment. Valid photo ID and proof of purchase are required at the time of collection.
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders
When you place a pre-order, full payment is taken at checkout to secure your item. Estimated arrival and shipping dates are provided on the product page and may be subject to change based on manufacturer or freight conditions. We will notify you by email of any significant delays or updates.
10. Warranty & Service Returns
Products returned under warranty or for service must follow the process outlined in our Service Policy and Warranty Policy. The customer is responsible for safely packaging and sending the product unless otherwise arranged with our service team.
11. Shipping Coverage
Evolve Skateboards UK currently ships to:
- England, Scotland, Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
- Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
We do not currently offer shipping outside of these regions.
